Master Photographers' "Wedding Photographer of the Month"

07th August 2017
When you get weeks when it's full flat out, working away at producing wedding images our couples will love, regardless of how poor the weather has been - it can seem like hard work. Running around looking for nice inside locations, making the best of dark grey skies and grafting extra hours to practice lighting and posing in difficult circumstances... no time for tv, no going out for a pint... no scooter rallies...

Do you feel sorry for me yet ? lol

But anyway, all of that gets made to feel very worth it when you get the UK's top professional photography association announce you as the Wedding Photographer of the month !

I've been fortunate (worked hard to get lucky mind) to be in amongst the prizes for a few months now, and we reached top spot in July with this photo of Naomi at Dunglass.
I just hope that any potential brides looking in understand I'm not just someone that turns up for a few hours on a Saturday then goes home for a curry.

Myself, Ali & Annie all put in tremendous hours to try to be the best in every aspect of GWS Photography. We want to be showing that from the first email enquiry right the way though to all your anniversaries in years to come... we're still there for you.

Massive thanks to Naomi for being such a perfect model in this photo... grinning at Ross just off to camera right.
For this photo, the lighting was mentioned, the dress lay out, the positioning, the leading lines... so my brides coming up... when I'm asking you to move an inch here or there... it's only because I want you to be the next winner :)

Big thanks to Dunglass Estate to for always putting on a great wedding that helps make get photos like these easier, as everyone is so relaxed (even when the bride is a wee bit late Naomi ha ha ha)

Photo comment By Grahame: Being late might have helped the photo... me having to work better & faster... maybe that's the trick :)
